The rent is £480 per person per month, and you need to be a group of three people. This price does not include bills. If you would like bills included the rent is £600 per person per month instead and includes all bills.

The best of both worlds during your tenancy – During your stay the contact is direct with the landlord so there are no extra agency fees or delays while repair reports go to an agency and then have to be passed on to the landlord and then replied back to the agency before work can be carried out. Just message the landlord direct for a quick response! The landlord works closely with a Derby Property Maintenance company who can usually fix repairs the next day as soon as 24 hours notice to enter the property has been given (or sooner in an emergency).
